The project aimed to develop a universal platform for synthesizing nanocarriers based on radiation-synthesized nanogels from poly(acrylic acid). We have demonstrated feasibility of this approach by creating a model nanocarrier for targeted delivery of theranostic radioisotopes to prostate cancer.
